It is with heavy hearts that we announce At the Moment will be closing. For the past year, we have struggled with a lack of proper cash flow and have reached a point where we can no longer sustain manufacturing operations.

We are currently a team of just two individuals doing our absolute best to navigate this dissolution and winding down operations.

Current Order Status & Replacements

Because we do not have the funds to purchase blank garments for original "made-to-order" items, those orders can no longer be fulfilled as originally placed. Instead, we are offering the following:

• The Replacements Collection: You may use a replacement credit to select from our existing, pre-printed overstock. Access to this was sent via email to affected customers. We are manually uploading hundreds of items as we finalize our remaining stock. After our open orders are taken care of, we will open the liquidation sale to the public.

Refunds & Financial Inquiries

If you prefer a refund over replacement item(s), please contact us via email atthemoment.us@gmail.com

• Refund Queue: You will be placed in a queue to be paid out as funds become available through our liquidation process. 
• Bank Disputes: If you cannot wait for the liquidation process, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider to initiate a dispute/chargeback.
