Politique de remboursement

All sales are final, which means we do not accept returns unless there was a mistake we made with your order (including, but not limited to, receiving the wrong item, size, or color way).

As stated in our FAQs, regardless of shirt size, the art dimensions are the same on all tee sizes Small through 2XL.

Because all of our items are made-to-order, processing begins immediately after you submit payment. Please double check your sizing and the items in your cart before you check out. Please also make sure to verify you have inputted the correct shipping address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There will be a 30% restocking fee for returns.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges due to our made-to-order model.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
